Konspero ("we", "us", "our") is a business management platform for appointment-based businesses in India. We provide booking, billing, customer management, and WhatsApp automation services. You can reach us at Konsperosupport@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and password (or Google OAuth token) when you register.
• Business information — business name, type, phone, address, logo, and booking page URL.
• Booking data — customer names, phone numbers, appointment times, and service details you enter.
• Payment data — invoice amounts and Razorpay transaction references. We do not store card or bank details.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device information for improving the service.

3. Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and public profile name. We use this solely to create and authenticate your Konspero account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google service data.

Konspero's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Konspero platform.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders to your customers (with your consent).
• To process payments and generate invoices.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Meta (WhatsApp) — for WhatsApp message delivery when you enable the bot.
• Vercel — our hosting provider.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at Konsperosupport@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update most information directly in your account settings. For other requests, contact us at the email below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Konspero after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
