By accessing or using Konspero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Konspero is a business management platform for service businesses including salons, clinics, and coaching centres. The Service includes online bookings, invoicing, customer management, and related features.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting harmful content, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payment is processed via Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@konspero.xyz. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your customer data remains yours — we do not sell it to third parties.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service.
Konspero is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
